I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the "club class" which was basically like Domestic First Class. The service was superior. Food was pretty good. Seats and cabin were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very pleased.

Super unproffesional flight . Flight attendants were unproffesional. I could hear them gossiping about theor boyfriends the whole trip

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

The ticket price was reasonable, food was okay, not the best. I would use the service again.

Actually the flight was on time. New plane, food was okay but not great.

Old plane, hard seats, 1.30 hours delay, while seating on the plane waiting for departure.

Great boarding. Everything was on time. Plane was a bit old and the crew could have provided better drink service.

Boarding was a little chaotic but it was a very large flight. It just wasn’t fast. And there was no noticeable difference between zones boarding.

We were lucky enough to arrive at the right time. The staff at YYZ did our complete check in and luggage tags for us. Even made sure we knew where we were to head next and how to get there. It truly was one of the best and easiest check inside. Thanks team.

Lisbon, make sure to get food , coffee prior to going to boarding gates as there is no food being served after. Only vending machines. A lot of check points to get to the boarding gates. Not enough seating for passengers waiting to board. Crew was very courteous and kind.

Delayed 2 days in London England - very poor communication from Westjet

The Priority check in in Toronto rivalled the poorest I've experienced. The young woman at the desk (7:30 AM, YYZ) was unfriendly and abrupt, behaving as though we were interrupting her day. Her inch long fingernails said it all....I really don't belong here. Other than that, WestJet personnel provided a good travel experience, especially in flight. I must say that the repeated announcements about the cabin being full and how folks should gate check their bags became tedious. WestJet should just offer free checked luggage and charge for carry on suitcases. It would save a lot of time and the voices of the gate agents.

Wish there was an option to book a fellow traveler who is not necessarily paying on the same booking. Then the airline could consider placing us together. It was a long flight to be separated from travel buddy. The first meal, a luncheon I think was ok with warmish pasta and a tiny salad. The second meal, a midnight snack (hard to say because of the time change) was really awful pizza fold-ups, and no option for folks who cannot eat cheese.

It was a 35 minutes flight. Didn't expect much. You should add a 'not applicable' option to your survey.

The back seats are crowded and at times uncomfortable. I guess that’s part of the price of paying less for a seat.

My journey from Rome to Seattle contains two parts, first from Rome to YYC then transfer YYC to Seattle. First part from Rome to YYC was wonderful. Fly on times, easy boarding and comfortable seating and good meals. Second from YYC to Seattle is terrible, delayed three times before boarding. No meal, no water, no entertainment. Landed in some corner of airport , walking in bitter cold night and taking the bus. My friend told me that Westjet is the best airline in Canada, I doubt it

They lost our luggage and didn’t return it until 15 days AFTER we got back.

Adequate though food was not great and no alcohol abailable

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL
