Cons:Most of the entertainment consoles did not work
Cons:Almost impossible connection with too many custom checks Lost luggage
Pros:The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!
Cons:There was no soap in the toilet...
Cons:The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup
Cons:Not much help at the airport my luggage was lost
Cons:I booked on KAYAK for a roundtrip FInnair flight. Instead I got an American Airlines flight, was not notified, and had to wait in a huge line to pay an overweight bag fee not with American but with Finnair. I have never been so disappointed with airline service before.
Cons:We were unable to find a row of seats to more comfortably facilitate traveling with a baby and a toddler as seats that should have had a cot or extra seating didn't have the cot and were sold out for an additional fee before we had the chance to. Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing.
Pros:I had an empty seat beside me on both legs of my flight. This always makes flying more enjoyable. They fed us two meals both directions. There were pillows and blankets for everyone on your seat when you arrived.
