Great service, great food, and comfortable business class seats... Friendly and professional flight attendants and ground crew, overall 5 star experience!

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

Paying for reserved seats and never received the seats I paid for !! Just fake and a surprise out of their " box "

Multiple errors by Turkish airlines and Istanbul Airport kept us from making flight. Stuck in Istanbul!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Flight canceled and uncanceled. I had already rebooked and so have to pay for both. No one is willing to admit fault

The crew was excellent, but the flight was a little delayed and the temperature on the plane was too warm.

they were much nicer on this flight. however, my baggage was delayed by one day, and one of my suitcases arrived broken.

Friendly crew. Computer systems had trouble keeping my Star Alliance status linked to my reservation. Inflight Wi-Fi was slow and expensive. No standard power outlet, but medium-power USB-C port slowly charged my laptop. No option to buy whisky in economy.

Food was low quality as well as quantity; I ordered vegetarian. We waited 35 MINUTES for the first bag to arrive after landing.

Disappointing. Had to pay 70 euros for one checked bag. Transatlantic flight was cramped, not very comfortable

It was not Iberia. It was with United. It was great!!!

We had a seat that would not function. No Wifi or inflight entertainment was available. Food was very poor. Attendants were very accommodating and apologized for the problems.

They offered several meals and snacks, the crew was very friendly and kind. There was a broad selection of movies, shows, and games. I was impressed!

My son and I are 193 cm tall. We had reserved and paid for seats with extra leg room towards the front of the cabin. The day of the flight, we learned that Iberia had changed aircraft. We were assigned regular seats way back in the cabin. When we landed from our first leg we spoke with agents at the gate and we were told that they couldn’t improve our seats because the flight was full.

I am quite satisfied. The flight was on time and landed early. Staff was friendly.

I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.

Booked with Iberia but flight was with Level. This switch of airlines was not published anyware and I was not made aware. Service was horrible, attendants were rude and nowhere to be found. Interior of plane was disgusting and dirty, trash on the floor, bathrooms were dirty (probably because flight attendants were not collecting trash from passengers). I have never encountered this on any other flight or airline. A public bus or metro in Los Angeles is 10 times cleaner. Had I known this was not an Iberia flight I would not have booked this tickets.

Iberia subcontracted the flight out to Level (?). I would never fly Iberia/Level ever again. Old planes with no tv’s or wifi. Barely edible food. Small seats. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Cardiff is a great airport but they pen you in at a gate way too small for passenger numbers. Called to the gate too soon and air conditioning was not in operation despite the heat. Cardiff should do better as a small relatively quiet regional airport.

Cheap flights as you expect with Ryanair. I would take cheaper flights over entertainment and comfort for short haul travel. Main issue is usually delays at airports. In this case we landed roughly 2hr30 later than planned due to earlier delays with the plane. Not the worst I imagine

We each paid for 10kg checked in luggage. Flying out there were no issues sharing one case (20kg). Not so coming back. Additional £48 charge and unable to provide an explanation of why it was ok on one journey but not the other, or indeed what material difference it makes between 2x10kg cases vs 1x20kg case. Scam, and appalling from Ryanair.
