There was a screaming child behind our seats. This prevented us from getting any sleep during the night.

My wife was struggling to walk, due to a very sore leg, and they had wheelchairs and pleasant assistants at every step of the way, whisking us around long lines at TSA, Passport Control, Boarding, and Customs. Even a special Boarding Bus that lifted us right up to door level on the airplane out on the tarmac. Slightly less effective arriving in Detroit, where we had to walk down the stairway, walk to a bus, and find our way into the terminal, where the assistance started up again. Meals, drinks and snacks were excellent, as was the variety of entertainment, with nice screens right on the backs of the seats. Complimentary blankets and pillows for everyone. Pleasant, considerate flight attendants, generous with the drinks and snacks. All-around class act.

Must deplane and take bus in Frankfurt. A big hassle.

There is no recline on flight from DFW to FRA. Middle eastern airways provide better recline option for the same class. FRA to Bangalore has better recline option. I bid 100$ for premium economy, my request was declined. But staff handled it without issues.

Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.

We left an hour late. The plane was not throughly cleaned. A gentleman sitting next to me has not showered in a month so I was nauseous. My seat has not reclined back because crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat.

Our transfer from one Lufthansa flight to another at Frankfurt airport was horrible - it was a tight connection with a long walk between gates and our first flight was delayed so we had to sprint the whole way and ask people in the border control line to let us ahead of them. We just barely the flight and were exhausted. I do not recommend a short connection in the Frankfurt airport.

Super uncomfortable. Shoved in like sardines. Overhead bins were tight. Why was coffee charged for? I was insulted. How about an inflight magazine? Why can’t I charge my phone? Maybe the planes are old? They didn’t feel new. Television would have been nice. Bathrooms also very small for anyone not a size 6 or female.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality

All good but air not give the pasing er any food even glase of water

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain

I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.

There is no usb for charging the phone you should provide the water
