I booked through a third party site not only did you send me to a location with no cars available the customer service agent was no help at all when she saw she had no cars, I had to go to another location and luckily was assisted.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cons:
It could have been better for the company, Enterprise, to have the cars that they are going to lease. It was a bad experience overall having someone call two hours before the car pick up to tell you that they don't know when they are going to have a car for you. I informed i was picking the car up at 6pm when i booked and neither kayak or hertz website informed me the location would be closing at 6.... i got there a little sfter 6 and could not get the car. I ended up having an additional cost of over $50 on three taxis because of thid. One from the airport to the location, then another one to my house and finally one the next morning going to the rental location to pick up the car. This is unacceptable. Kayak should inform the customers that pick up at the same time the store closes should not be allowed. Next time i will book dorectly with the rental company and bypass Kayak2.0 Poor

Ich habe ein Auto am Miami Airport bestellt. Als ich zum Hertz ging hatten sie keine Bestellung im Datenbank. Nach etwa 20 Minuten kam es heraus dass ich eigentlich gar nicht am Airport bestellt habe sondern in Doral... wer bitte sollte ein Auto in eine andere Stadtteil bestellen? Auf jeden Fall wenn ich es bei denen abhole kostet mir ja doppelt so viel +steuern und Versicherungen. Nachdem ich abgelehnt habe wurde mein Karte trotzdem belastet. Also finger weg!3.2 Poor
